1.Implement the party's and state's guidelines and policies on foreign affairs, implement the spirit of relevant instructions and decision-making decisions of the higher authorities, implement the resolutions and decisions of the school, manage the hospital according to law and standardize management.
2. To organize the secondary colleges to apply for, implement, maintain and assess the Sino foreign cooperative education projects.
3. To be responsible for the preparation of the enrollment plan of Sino foreign cooperative education projects and the independent enrollment of foreign students.
4. Be responsible for the development planning of the undergraduate cooperative education major, coordinate the academic affairs office and the secondary college to formulate the training plan and syllabus, and construct the curriculum system (the secondary college implements the teaching plan and completes the training task).
5. Be responsible for the daily operation of the Sino Ukraine joint graduate school.
6. Be responsible for the development planning of the professional direction and degree points of international students (postgraduates), and be responsible for coordinating the Postgraduate Department and the secondary college to formulate the training plan and syllabus (the secondary college implements the teaching plan and completes the training task).
7. Be responsible for coordinating the development of the training program and syllabus for language students in the College of grammar and law.
8. Be responsible for the establishment, implementation and management of international exchange program.
9. Be responsible for the employment and management of foreign teachers of project (Curriculum) specialty.
10. Be responsible for the formulation of student management measures and implementation rules, as well as the ideological and political education, daily management, reward and disciplinary treatment of students.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the Party committee and administration.
